Club Brugge striker Joseph Akpala would welcome a move to England.

Akpala has been linked with West Ham United.

"I would love to play in the Premier League one day and score goals there week in, week out," said Akpala. "I am happy to be linked with clubs in the Premier League, but nothing has been discussed as yet.

"Brugges want to keep me and I have a contract with them. We will have to see what happens.

"West Ham are a London club and I like London, so you never know."
