Jordi Vinyals has informed his Barcelona B players that he won't be in charge next season.
Vinyals met with his squad last week and told them the news in a short address, says Sport.
The coach stepped in last season after the sacking of Eusebio Sacristan, but couldn't prevent Barca B's relegation from the Segunda Division.
Vinyals clashed with the players during his five months in charge, questioning their attitude and professionalism.
But he left the squad on good terms, with the players giving him a warm round of applause after his announcement.
