Kia Joorabchian is convinced his compensation battle with West Ham United will shock the game.

The Iranian businessman is suing the Hammers for £7.1million as the row over Carlos Tevez, now at Manchester United, refuses to go away.

Joorabchian claimed: "It's time the whole truth came out - this could send shockwaves through the game."

West Ham, who have vowed to fight 'vigorously' the High Court case, were fined £5.5m by the Premier League for breaking third-party rules.
