Kenwyne Jones is urging Sunderland not to panic after their home thrashing by Manchester United.
He said: "We managed to make a couple of chances against United so that's quite a positive to take.
"If we can take that into Saturday then I'm sure we will prove what we are capable of.
"It's going to be frustrating when you suffer things like we have in the last few weeks. The decisions, the results have all been frustrating to deal with. But you have to move on from all the setbacks. That's all you can do.
"We all believe in ourselves - if we didn't, there would be no point in playing the game."
