West Bromwich Albion defender Billy Jones says the players are responding to manager Pepe Mel's methods.
Jones and his team-mates returned yesterday from Spain, where they spent six days working with Mel on tactics as he looks for his first win since taking charge last month. The Spaniard is keen to change Albion's style by encouraging his players to close down opponents further up the field.
But Jones insisted: "He emphasises pressing at times but it's not all-out pressing.
"I think he realises that you can't always do that."
