Jonas Gutierrez is keen for Real Mallorca to sign him outright.

The Argentina international winger is co-owned by Mallorca and Velez Sarsfield and he said: "I want to be a member of a single club.

"I hope to also negotiate a new contract and on conditions which will be good for me and Mallorca."
