Jonas Gutierrez won't be jumping ship from relegated Newcastle United.

The Sunday Sun says the Argentine winger is entitled to demand a move from St James's Park in the event of relegation.

And several Spanish clubs have made it clear they would be keen on striking a cut-price deal to take the former Real Mallorca star back to La Liga.

But Gutierrez's Spanish- based agent, Pedro Bravo, has contacted Newcastle to insist that his man is happy to stick with them, even in the Championship.
