Jonas Gutierrez is demanding a release from his contract at Real Mallorca.
The Argentina international's registration is co-owned by Mallorca and Velez Sarsfield and it's emerged Jonas is so desperate to quit his Spanish Liga club he is ready to invoke FIFA's controversial Article 17 law to buy his way out.
