Tottenham boss Martin Jol believes his job would be safe - if he was prettier!

Asked whether Tottenham's bid to lure Sevilla coach Juande Ramos made his plight even more perilous, Jol joked: "It's like what I said about having a beautiful woman who might look at someone else. Maybe I need to make myself more pretty and buy a wig!"
