Martin Jol believes his young Tottenham team can develop into Premiership title challenges.
Speaking on the Spurs end-of-season DVD, Goals Galore, Jol said: "My hopes for next season are to compete for Europe again. Liverpool, Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal have got probably got more resources than us, but it's not only about money.
"We've got younger players, hopefully we've got the vision and we want to compete for prizes in the Cups. "We want to be in Europe and we want to do well there, but we have to be in the top six to be in Europe.
"And hopefully, if we can get players like Dimitar Berbatov, if we can have the likes of Tom Huddlestone, Aaron Lennon, Michael Dawson develop into star players, we can go even further. My dream is to compete for the title in the next two to three years."
