Tottenham boss Martin Jol was delighted with the debuts of Gareth Bale and Younes Kaboul in last week's 1-0 friendly win over St Patrick's.
"Gareth Bale and Younes Kaboul started and it was satisfying to see them both playing for the first time for our club.
"Gareth is still very young but he's strong, tries to go forward and I can see him developing into a top, top player. Younes Kaboul is an athlete and he showed me that he is a quality player as well.
"I thought we played okay, not more than that, but as I said the conditioning is most important.
"We trained on Thursday morning as well, a couple of lads played 90 minutes like they did at Stevenage and we won again, so that was good."
