Fulham boss Martin Jol admits he has to be "inventive" when working the transfer market.

Jol says they must do their research when seeking new signings.

"We have to be inventive," he says.

"We try to attract players who do not play well or have trouble adapting to their club, but they must be better than the players we have here.

"We're now looking at one or two solutions. This is not an easy situation, but we have a few players that we know have problems where they're playing."
