Fulham boss Martin Jol says they develop their teams in the right way.

Jol is excited by what he is seeing from their youth teams this season.

"We've got some players with a lot of transfer value and if you look at our development squads we play games against Arsenal and Chelsea and we win games against them.

"There a few clubs interested in our players and in our young players as well and that is a good thing."
