Slavisa Jokanovic is hopeful that Fulham can agree to a new contract with goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli.
Sky Sports believes the club are in talks with the 26-year-old about signing a new deal.
He was recently called up by England for the Nations League clash against Spain and their friendly versus Switzerland.
While he did not play, he was happy with the experience of being with the squad.
And his manager knows that Bettenelli is an important player the club need to tie down to a new deal.
"This case is in hands of the club and Bettinelli will have many years with us and at the end I believe this is natural step for the player and the club too," he said to Sky Sports.
