Philippe Senderos says joining Fulham in June last year was an easy decision as he feels the club meets his ambitions.
The 26-year old Swiss international departed North London's Arsenal for the capital's Southwest after falling out of favour at the Emirates and he feels like he belongs to a club that is capable of achieving plenty of success.
"Joining Fulham was an easy choice, despite having other options," he told the club's official website.
"This is a great club, with great players, great staff and great prospects - when you put those factors together you can see that this team is capable of achieving big things.
"Ambition is massive to me, and Fulham have that. They've enjoyed some of their best seasons in recent years and I want to be part of its future."
