Johnson hails Norwich fighting spirit

Bradley Johnson has hailed the fighting spirit at Norwich City.

Johnson feels the character of manager Paul Lambert's men - who currently sit comfortably in the top half of the table after a run of just one loss at Manchester United in the last six league games - can serve them well for the battles ahead.

"We could have dropped our heads at half-time and come out in the second half with sad faces, but we have the desire to know the game lasts 90 minutes," said the combative midfielder.

"We are tight. Everyone wants to do well for each other and the manager.

"Holty could easily drop his head as he has not been playing, but both strikers scored and they are fighting for that shirt."
