John Terry tells old boss Mourinho how to save Man Utd's season

Despite spending over £200m on players over the last season, Jose Mourinho still doesn't have the right cogs for his system.

That is according to this former Chelsea captain John Terry.

The Manchester United manager is looking unlikely to lift the Premier League trophy this season, with Manchester City having opened an impressive eleven point gap at the top of the table.

But if Mourinho is to lead a resurgence, Terry is adamant he must buy several players that suit his style of football.

Speaking on Matchday Live, Terry said: "Individually he will be looking at three or four more players in certain areas.

"He needs his real team of what identifies him as a manager, I don't think he has really got that at the moment.

"We see different players coming in at different times at the moment but given time, he will get it right."
