Manchester City striker Jo has laughed off the fact that his transfer fee was greater than AC Milan signing and Brazil teammate Ronaldinho's.

The pair are together with Brazil's Olympics squad and Jo said: "This is complicated (laughter). It was only an episode. I am still crawling. Ronaldinho is an idol for me. He's won a lot, and I'm just starting and trying to find a place in the Selecao. Being close to him here and playing with him in the Selecao is wonderful.

"Going to Manchester City is a radical change, very big. I hope I can adapt quickly to English football. Everyone in Manchester has supported me very much and expect a lot of me."
