Manchester City youth guru Jim Cassell has formally cut ties with the club.

Cassell has left Manchester City after a club restructure.

Premier League and international stars Shaun Wright-Phillips, Daniel Sturridge, Stephen Ireland, Micah Richards, Joey Barton and Nedum Onuoha all came through City's system overseen by Cassell and many more are still currently plying their trade through the divisions.
