Jim Brennan lands No2 job at Toronto FC

Former Norwich City and Southampton defender Jim Brennan has been named new assistant coach at Toronto FC.

Brennan replaces Dutchman Bob de Klerk in a shake-up at the club, which also will see development chief Paul Mariner more active on the training pitch.

TFC are in crisis under Dutch coach Aron Winter with no wins on the board this season.

"We believe these decisions will benefit our club from top to bottom," said Winter.
