Jets find stability ahead of Roar clash

For the first time this season, reigning premiers the Newcastle Jets aren't required to make any changes. It is a comfort that coach Gary van Egmond hasn't had for quite some time and is hoping that his players can now get into a groove for Sunday's fixture against the Queensland Roar. Coach van Egmond is happy to have an unchanged line-up and told the league's official website, "It is all about getting your rhythm as a player week in week out and there has been a few interruptions here and there that a few of the boys have had. "If you have a player who goes to play a World Cup game it is like they are out with inury," van Egmond said of players playing internationals. "It does interrupt us but you just have to have the right mental attitude to overcome that and it is all about having the confidence and belief in the group that is taking the field on any given week and this week it will be no different." In the Roar camp, out of form striker Reinaldo will miss with injury as they set out to maintain their clean record away from home this season. Frank Farina's men have not lost on their travels from Suncorp Stadium so far this season and need a victory to entrench themselves in the top four although the Jets are breathing down their neck and will be intent on getting their own three points.
