Chelsea have explained why owner Roman Abramovich missed new coach Avram Grant's first victory at Hull City this week.
It emerged yesterday that Abramovich's private jet developed technical problems, causing him to be absent as Grant finally got lift-off as Jose Mourinho's controversial successor.
