New Stoke City attacker Jese Rodriguez has expressed his desire to help the Potters claim a European berth this season.

Jese has already managed to impress at Stoke following his loan move from PSG this summer and after the promising start to life at the Bet365 Stadium, the Spaniard has expressed his desire to guide the Potters to Europe this season.

Rodriguez said: "My goal is to help Stoke enter Europe. For this we have to continue working as we have done, this way the victories will arrive. If I can have a good year then I'm sure that big things will happen.

"(I have adapted) much better than expected, really. The club and my teammates have been great since my arrival and are always available to help me in whatever I need. I really am happy with the decision to move here."
