Cameron Jerome is happy he chose Stoke City over Fulham when leaving Birmingham City in the summer.

The Potters defeated Fulham 2-0 yesterday.

"I believe Fulham put in a couple of bids, but Birmingham rejected them," he said.

"There were a few factors behind why it didn't happen, but they weren't anything to do with me.

"If Birmingham chose not to sell me, then that was their decision. But I am very pleased with the move to Stoke. Of the clubs that came in for me, I think I chose the right move."
