Jenkins admits Swansea must trim squad

Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has confirmed they're seeking to trim Michael Laudrup's squad.

Jenkins claims lightening the wage bill will be a priority to help balance the books.

"I think you are aware that 99 per cent of our business in terms of bringing players in has already been done," he said.

"There may be one or two more things still to come, although there's no rush for anyone.

"And it is not all about players coming in.

"Some of the focus now is on making sure some of those players who are not going to get regular football find clubs over the next few weeks."
