Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has confirmed interest in Huddersfield Town full-back Jack Hunt.

Off contract Wigan Athletic defender Ronnie Stam is another under consideration.

Jenkins said: "I think we are covered at right-back with Angel Rangel and Jazz Richards, but it's up to (manager) Michael Laudrup whether he keeps Jazz or lets him go out on loan.

"Ronnie Stam is just one of a number of players we have been looking at. He's just one option, along with the likes of Dwight Tiendalli and Jack Hunt at Huddersfield."
