Jenas heaps praise on Tottenham teammate Sandro

Brazilian midfielder Sandro played his best game in a Tottenham shirt on Wednesday night and it didn't go unnoticed by his teammates.

The 21-year old former Internacional man was a rock in the middle of midfield for Spurs in the Champions League clash with AC Milan which saw the Londoners advance to the quarter-finals of the competition.

Jermaine Jenas was one of the Spurs players who was full of praise for Sandro's performance, writing in his column for the London Evening Standard just how good he was and how well he is settling in.

'Sandro was outstanding for us, proving he's really found his place in the team now,' Jenas wrote.

'It's not easy to come from Brazil to play here but the lads love him to bits.

'He's settled in and he's an absolute joker - one of the funniest guys I've met and he can't even speak that much English.

'When he's comfortable around you, he just does crazy things.'
