Jermaine Jenas says it'll be "c**p" if Tottenham fail to beat Chelsea in the Carling Cup final.
He said: "It's great celebrating getting to the final but I don't want to be a loser.
"Ledley King has been telling me about the last time Spurs were in a final when they lost to Blackburn and I don't want that to happen.
"Runners-up is no great feat, you feel like c**p. So I want to be lifting that trophy.
"We need to win something to take us to the next level. The manager has been there and done it, hopefully he can help us take the next step."
Midfielder Jenas, 24, who netted in both legs against Arsenal, added: "This is our best win since I've been here.
"There was a lot of hype and pressure on our players and to come out with such an emphatic win was top class.
"I feel I'm now playing the best football of my career.
"I'm more clinical going forward and that comes from being secure and confident with the players around me."
