Jelavic hopes Everton move boosts Croatia chances

Nikica Jelavic hopes his move to Everton strengthens his Croatia chances.

With this summer's European Championships in mind, Jelavic thinks moving to a Club his international manager Slaven Bilic knows so well can only be a positive.

It's nice to know he was here and that he was an ex-Everton player," he told evertonfc.com. "Hopefully playing at Everton will help me go to the Euros and not only in the squad, hopefully the starting 11 too."
