World Cup star Cho Yong-Hyung is interesting Newcastle United.

The Sunday Sun says the 26-year-old centre-back is attracting interest from several clubs across Europe as his club contract runs down.

Cho's current deal with Jeju United in his homeland expires in December, and it is understood he is free to speak, and even sign a pre-contract agreement, with another club this summer.

Fulham are also keeping tabs on a player who has established himself as a fixture in his national side in the last two years.
