The 29-year old English striker will kick off his 10-match guest stint with the struggling Jets when they take on second-placed Adelaide United at EnergyAustralia Stadium in the Week 14 clash this Saturday.
Jets CEO John Tsatsimas confirmed that Jeffers' international working visa has been approved, allowing him to take his place in the line-up for the weekend's vital match.
"His visa has been approved and is ready to go," Tsatsimas said.
"We are just waiting for the ITC (international transfer certificate) to come through and we do not anticipate that being an issue.
"We have been dealing with the English FA and hope to have it either tonight or tomorrow."
