Jedinak signs with Crystal Palace

Mile Jedinak will officially be unveiled as a Crystal Palace player as soon as he receives his work permit.

The 26-year old Australian international midfielder has signed a three-year deal with the English Championship outfit as a free agent after his deal with Turkish club Genclerbirligi expired at the end of last season.

Jedinak said he was over the moon to be joining the Eagles who he will link up with when they conclude their pre-season tour of the West Country.

"I am delighted to be joining Crystal Palace Football Club at this stage in my career," he told Palace's official website.

"I am impressed by Dougie Freedman and what he wants to achieve at the club and I cannot wait to get started.

"Crystal Palace has a fantastic heritage and a wonderful set of fans and I am looking forward to playing in front of them at Selhurst Park.

"Playing in the UK has always been an ambition of mine and I am totally determined to make my time here an absolute success."
