Crystal Palace captain Mile Jedinak believes Alan Pardew can end their yo-yo status.
Jedinak reckons that under Pardew, Palace - who have risen from the relegation zone to 13th in the past month - finally have the man at the helm to establish them in the top flight.
He said: "Can we stop being a yo-yo club? I would like to think so. I definitely think that we can. That's the ambition, for sure.
"We are still at the stage where we need to take it game by game. But in the last year to 18 months, you can see the changes and the progression.
"The club has grown from strength to strength, both on and off-the-pitch. It's a credit to everybody here who has been involved in that, the people who have been through that process.
"We have high standards here. The manager understands that and he is driving that forward.
"We, as senior players, are driving that forward, too. You have honest, hard working guys here who want to do well for each other - and they don't want to let each other down."
