Sri Lanka has got their AFC Challenge Cup campaign off to a great start with a 5-1 victory over Brunei Darussalam.
Striker Kasun Jayasuriya was the star for Sri Lanka with four goals in a scintillating display.
He opened the scoring in the 23rd minute before teammate Ali Asmeer added a second less than ten minutes later.
In the second half, Jayasuriya scored three times within 20 minutes to fire past Brunei who could only manage a consolation goal with eight minutes remaining.
