Javi Garcia insists he isn't interested in a move away from Real Madrid.

The midfielder was re-signed from Osasuna at the end of last season and has since attracted interest from Real Betis and Racing Santander.

Javi Garcia said: "I only find out about these stories from journalists. I avoid the papers over the summer. I just think about Madrid.

"I am going to have a good preseason and make (coach Bernd) Schuster consider me. I don't want to be among the 25 in the squad, I want to be playing every Sunday."
