Japanese food brand added to Man Utd sponsor roster

Japanese food brand Nissin has become the newest global partner of Premier League giants Manchester United, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The company, described in a United statement as 'legendary', has signed a multi-season contract with the club and in the first year of the deal will produce United-branded products for sale around the world.

Nissin will also use club marks in future campaigns promoting its products, such as its widely known Top Ramen instant noodles.

Financial terms of the agreement were not released but it is likely to be worth a significant seven-figure sum annually.

The company's deal with Manchester United comes just days after the club announced a record US$1.28 billion, ten-year kit deal with Adidas.
