Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez was delighted with his brace in their victory over Real Betis.

Real thrashed Betis 5-0 on Saturday.

"I'm happy to have scored two goals, but also for having helped the team. I've always been in good form and I want to contribute towards the cause. You always want to play and it's good if you're able to score goals and provide assists," said James.

"Real Madrid have always been capable of getting goals, but sometimes things don't go as you'd like. I'd never scored a bicycle kick before so I'm happy about that as well."
