West Bromwich Albion fullback James Hurst says there's some good talent in the club's youth system.
Hurst skippered Albion to victory in the Birmingham Senior Cup final this week.
"This group can do good things for the club in the future," he told the WBA website.
"Look at teams like Villa and Arsenal.
"Their reserves teams is no are now their first teams.
"The club are looking to invest more in the training facilities for the development squad, so why can't players from this reserve team be in the first team in the next few years?"
