Matt James is delighted Manchester United teammate Joshua King has joined him on-loan at Preston North End.
King came on for his Preston debut in the second half of the Lilywhites' 2-0 home defeat to Doncaster Rovers and James has picked out the youngster's pace as a key attribute.
James told pne.com: "He will be a good prospect, like you saw today; he is very quick and very strong. I think that it would have been a great confidence boost if he slotted that chance in but I think that he will be good for us.
"He is very quick; a striker that is quick is always helpful in a team, hopefully if we can use that to our advantage then he should be good for us.
"We have got two quick wingers with Danny and Keith; we have got Hayesy that comes off and Browny that holds the ball up.
"King being that runner can be the outlet for us to give us 20 or 30 yards up the pitch to sprint on to it, hold it up and get somebody else back in, this will be great for us if we can use it to our advantage."
