Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez is again unsettled at Bayern Munich.
Now entering the second of a two-season loan in Germany, James has been unsettled by the arrival of new coach Niko Kovac and his demands.
Kovac is insisting all his players speak German and also accept a rotation policy - with James directly in his sights.
Don Balon says the midfielder feels he's being singled out unfairly and is weighing up a request NOT to be registered by Bayern for their Champions League squad. The Colombia captain is prepared to play in the Bundesliga, but believes not being Cup-tied from Europe will help him get a move away in January.
James revived his career last season under Jupp Heynckes, but has major concerns about whether he has any place in Kovac's plans this season.
