Jamaica star Palmer confident of Houston Dynamo contract

Jamaica international midfielder Lovel Palmer is waiting on an offer from Houston Dynamo.

Palmer believes he has done enough in two rounds of trials to warrant an offer from Dynamo.

He told The Observer: "I'm just waiting on the agent and the club to hear what they have to say. For two weeks, as you have seen in the papers, it went well and I did my part, now it's up to them to see if I'm good enough to fit into their system. I'm just waiting.

"They told me that they would get in touch with the agent after we finished playing the Chicago game. They said, 'Excellent game'. They couldn't fault me for any thing during the game (that) we draw 1-1.

"The players liked it, the coaches liked it, so it's for me to wait and hear what the agent has to say."

Palmer is currently tied to Harbour View.
