Tottenham and Newcastle United legend David Ginola is in hot water in France.

The London Evening Standard says Ginola could be jailed after allegedly failing to keep up child maintenance payments.

His ex-partner Joelle Pinquier claims he did not pay child support of more than £400 a month for their daughter Joy, now 17.

Ginola, 42, faces a maximum two years if found guilty. He denies the claims.
