Brighton and Hove Albion summer signing Alireza Jahanbakhsh believes his team was unlucky to lose against Liverpool.
The Seagulls lost 1-0 at Anfield on Sunday, while the Iranian winger took part for the last 15 minutes of the game.
"I'm really happy to get some minutes again. It's really important for me to get back into good shape, especially in this kind of games and stadiums," Jahanbakhsh told The Argus.
"It's always nice and it was a good experience for me.
"We did a good job as a team. We were a little bit unlucky with the chances. The manager knew what we needed to do and we played well.
"It was a good performance. We were a little bit unlucky, especially second half, and I think we deserved at least one point."
