Everton defender Phil Jagielka believes a lack of expectation at Euro 2012 could benefit England. "It will be better for the squad if there's less expectation in this case," he said.

"I'm sure if we win a game we will be favourites and, if we lose, we will be a waste of space.

"We haven't won anything for a number of years and maybe that's because we didn't deserve to. Hopefully this time we can perform better."
