Phil Jagielka was happy with his performance in the middle of Everton's midfield for Saturday's 1-1 draw with Blackburn Rovers.
Jagielka was a first half substitute for Lee Carsley and looked assured in the middle of the park.
"I enjoy playing there, especially with the players around you - you can give them the ball and let them do the business, that always helps," he said, before turning his attentions to the forthcoming trip to Bolton.
"It would be nice to get three points from Bolton and kick us up the table," Jagielka told evertonTV.
