Phil Jagielka has landed a trio of awards at Everton's end-of-season celebrations.
The Toffees captain picked up the 2014/15 Player of the Season, the Players' Player of the Season and the Goal of the Year to complete a stellar individual campaign.
Jagielka said: "It's been a great night for me. Coming to the Awards, I fancied my chances of potentially picking up the Goal of the Season award with the one that I scored at Anfield but to get the Players' Player Award and the Player of the Season was extra special.
"I didn't expect to win three awards, and to know two were voted by the fans and one by my teammates makes it a night I'll remember for a long, long time."
