Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic hopes Roberto di Matteo gets the full-time job.

Ivanovic has also added his name to the growing number within the Chelsea camp who are backing Roberto Di Matteo to be full-time manager.

"Roberto is doing a great job," said Ivanovic. "He knows the strengths of players and puts them in a position where they can give their best. He was a great player and he understands everything. He knows when to be strong in the dressing room."
