Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic insists Marko Marin can make it in England.

The former Werder Bremen star has hardly featured since his summer arrival.

But Ivanovic said: "Marko is a great player and he can give us something new, something really good.

"He just needs a bit of time and when he gets the chance, I think you will see he can be a very good player for Chelsea.

"It's nice to have a team-mate who speaks the same language and he is a great person as well. We are enjoying having him here."
