Italy Under-21 coach Devis Mangia says their friendly with Germany this week will be a good test.

The match will be held tomorrow in Andria.

"We will continue the work that we began two years ago," said Mangia. "I've given my boys a clear idea of how to play.

"We haven't had a lot of time to prepare, but what time we do have we can't waste.

"Our goal remains to qualify for the European Championships [this summer], and the friendly against Germany will show us where we are in terms of that objective."
