Thiago Motta is in doubt for Italy's Euro2012 quarter-final with England.
The Azzurri meet the Three Lions in Kiev on Sunday but could be without Brazilian-born midfielder Motta because of a hamstring injury.
The Paris Saint-Germain ace, who started all three of Italy's group stage matches, is being monitored ahead of the weekends final eight fixture with Antonio Nocerino or Alessandro Diamanti likely replacements.
